Hire Resolve's client is a reputable construction company in Cape Town, currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Agent to join their team. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites and ensuring all operations are running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor and track project progress, reporting any issues or delays to management
- Manage and mentor construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Previous experience working as a Site Agent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Valid driver's license
