Hire Resolve is currently looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our client's team in Johannesburg, South Africa. The Transfer Pricing Manager will play a key role in providing transfer pricing services to multinational clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing their global tax position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies for multinational clients
- Provide expert advice on transfer pricing compliance and documentation requirements
- Perform transfer pricing analyses and benchmarking studies
- Prepare documentation and support for transfer pricing documentation files
- Assist clients in resolving transfer pricing disputes and audits
- Stay updated on transfer pricing regulations and international tax developments
- Manage and lead a team of transfer pricing professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax advice to clients
Requirements
- CA (SA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm
- Strong knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and guidelines
- Experience in performing transfer pricing analyses and benchmarking studies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in transfer pricing software and Microsoft Office applications
