Audit Quality Assurance Manager

RPO Recruitment's client is currently seeking an Audit Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As the Audit Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our audit engagements.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing audit quality assurance processes and procedures
• Conducting reviews of audit engagements to assess compliance with professional standards and firm policies
• Providing guidance and training to audit teams on quality assurance processes and best practices
• Identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to enhance audit quality
• Collaborating with senior leadership and audit partners to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting audit quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification such as CA(SA)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in external auditing, with a focus on quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
