Job Description
RPO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our clients team with the progression to Audit Partner. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the auditing process to ensure that the financial operations and controls meet the highest standards. You will work closely with clients to understand their business and operations, identify risks, and develop effective audit strategies. You will also lead a team of auditors and provide guidance and supervision throughout the audit process.
The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in auditing and is familiar with relevant regulations and standards. They should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Strong leadership and organizational abilities are also essential for success in this role.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in auditing
- CA(SA) qualification
- Thorough understanding of auditing standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- IFRS Knowledge amp; experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and provide guidance and supervision
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
