Hire Resolve is partnering with a well-established company in the food industry to hire a Senior Bookkeeper. The company is looking for someone ready to start immediately!
As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of the company, ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping functions.
Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and documents
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial tools
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
