As a Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing audit engagement teams, providing a high level of client service, and fostering growth for team members, clients, and yourself. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee audit engagements, ensuring quality and timely completion
- Develop and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service and addressing client needs
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in auditing
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to firm-wide initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- SAICA Qualified
- Caseware Knowledge
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in external auditing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite
