As an Independent Review Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting objective and thorough reviews of various processes, procedures, and systems within client organizations. • Conduct independent reviews of client organizations' processes, procedures, and systems
• Evaluate the effectiveness of controls and identify potential areas of risk
• Assess compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations
• Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations
• Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
• Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CA(SA), CIA, CISA) preferred
• Proven experience in conducting independent reviews or audits
• Strong knowledge of control frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
