RPO Recruitment is currently seeking experienced professionals for two different finance roles: Financial Accountant and Financial Manager. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for monitoring financial data, preparing accurate statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will include budgeting, managing tax payments, performing internal audits, and providing financial advice to senior managers. To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Accounting or Finance, advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, and excellent math skills with attention to detail. Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is required, along with the AGA(SA) qualification.

As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of a company. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, forecasting costs and revenues, managing tax payments, and conducting internal audits. You will also collaborate with other departments to develop financial strategies and support business planning. To be qualified for this role, you should have a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, proven experience as a Financial Manager, and a strong knowledge of financial principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial analysis software and tools, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

Requirements

• Financial Accountant:
• BCom Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the manufacturing industry
• CA(SA)
• Financial Manager:
• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial analysis software and tools
