Job Description

As a digital project manager you will be responsible for working with our internal teams and clients to deliver and maintain web based projects.

You'll within a project team to launch and continually refine web based projects, whilst also building positive client relations as their primary point of contact.

Through your excellent communication skills, you are focused on helping your project team and clients get things done, embracing a calm and proactive attitude within a fast-paced environment.

You are a reliable and highly organised individual with a passion for digital media, production and web development.

Requirements

PROJECT DELIVERY

    • Collaborate confidently with internal teams, clients, and third parties to establish project goals and manage project progress.
    • Maintain positive client relationships by providing proactive and reliable service.
    • Take a solution-focused approach, proactively identifying project risks and independently resolving day-to-day issues.
    • Adhere to our standard practices, templates, and tools, working closely with Team Leads to create project delivery plans.
    • Coordinate meetings, ensuring clear agendas and briefs are in place.
    • Accurately track and report on project budgets, ensuring revenue and invoice documents are up to date.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, paying close attention to detail.
    • Efficiently organize and maintain all project information and files.
    • Identify and escalate account growth opportunities to Client Partners.

OPERATIONS AND CULTURE

  • Work with and support the wider project management team.
  • Help toimprove our processes, identifying areas we can work more efficiently.
  • Attend agency meetings and quarterly in-person meet-ups.
  • Contribute to the overall agency culture, helping to make Athlon a great place to work.

You'll need to be knowledgable in:

  • Project Management and delivery methodologies
  • Good understanding of website development, production and CMS.
  • Experienced in project management tools (eg. ClickUp)
  • Typical processes within website production.

Your experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in digital project management
  • Able to confidently deliver technical website projects
  • Comfortable working with diverse clients and internal teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, managing several projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing and reporting project budgets
