Job Description

Hire Resolve is currently looking for a motivated Technical Account Manager to join our client's team in Johannesburg. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and building strong relationships. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and ensure that our products and services meet their requirements. Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor
  • Understand clients' technical needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ensure effective implementation and onboarding of clients
  • Provide ongoing technical support and resolve any issues that arise
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a technical account management or similar role
  • Strong technical background and understanding of IT systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Experience in the IT industry is preferred
