Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily production activities
- Develop and implement production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor production performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage and optimize resources to achieve production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the production process
- Supervise and train production staff
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Relevant certifications or training in production management
