Marketing Assistant

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our clients team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will collaborate with the marketing team to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will play a key role in executing marketing strategies and tactics to promote our services and enhance our brand presence.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and print
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for marketing activities
• Help maintain and update the company website and social media platforms
• Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items
• Support the planning and coordination of events, trade shows, and conferences
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop content for marketing materials
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A creative mindset and willingness to contribute to innovative marketing ideas
