Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dedicated Accountant who is SAIPA Registered to join their team in Johannesburg. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing accurate financial information to clients. Responsibilities
- Managing financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Providing accurate and timely financial information to clients
- Assisting with the completion of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws
- Conducting financial audits and reviews to ensure adherence to financial regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- SAIPA registration is mandatory
- SAIPA Articles candidates who have finished their traineeship but have not yet registered, will not be considered
- Proven experience as an Accountant
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
