Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment firm, is currently seeking a Group Wage Payroll Officer to join their Client's team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for managing group wage payroll processes for clients across various industries. You will ensure accurate and timely payment of wages, handle payroll discrepancies, and maintain payroll records.

• Process group wage payroll accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
• Generate payroll reports and provide analysis
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
• Coordinate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure accurate employee data
• Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in payroll administration
• Strong knowledge of wage payroll processes
• Experience with payroll software and systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
