As a General Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities on site. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a General Foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, procedures, and safety standards
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management or a related field is a plus
