Junior Accountant

Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a Junior Accountant for a client in the Project Management space. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level accounting professional to gain valuable experience and grow their career in finance.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Administer payroll and ensure accuracy of employee records
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Support the financial analysis and budgeting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
