Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our client's organization. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the company's internal controls and processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans.
- Perform internal audits to assess the efficiency and compliance of processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.
- Review financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to junior auditors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CA(SA) are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or related field.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using auditing tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
