As a Health and Safety Officer at Hire Resolve, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health and safety programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will work closely with management and employees to identify and mitigate safety risks and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and potential risks
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures
- Provide safety training and orientation to employees
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
