Job Description

Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin Supervisor to join our client's team. As an Admin Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the administrative functions within our client's organization. As an Admin Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing a team of administrative support staff, and ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative activities, including document management, scheduling, and office maintenance.
  • Supervise and manage a team of administrative support staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle and resolve any escalated administrative issues or concerns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative staff.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions for administrative staff.
  • Provide support to senior management as needed.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in administration / supervision position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Pastel for invoicing purposes.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
  • Able to manage junior staff effectively.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Own transport.
  • An eye for detail.
  • An ability to work to deadlines.
  • To be honest, discreet, and trustworthy.
  • A professional manner and a strong ethical code.
  • Ability to multitask and remain self-motivated and positive.
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
