Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Sales and Relationship Executive with a focus on the Package Manufacturing/Recycling Industry. As a Sales and Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the industry. You will be the main point of contact for these clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Package Manufacturing industry in the Western Cape
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the waste industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales experience
- Formal Environmental or waste Management qualification.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in the packaging manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills to successfully close deals and win new business.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, while also being a team player.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes and products is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for effective sales pipeline management.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Western Cape region.
