What you will be doing
Search, and place a pool of effective social media influencers to work with brands.
• Be consistently friendly and communicative.
• Support and assist, when necessary Campaign Manager.
• Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels.
• Keep track of communication with talents.
• Work closely with the Campaign Manager to match up suitable talents for specific brand campaigns.
Requirements
Strong influence marketing knowledge and experience as a Campaign Associate
• Experience working with English-speaking markets
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• A highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analytical
and project management skills, and can work independently within a team focused
organization
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed oriented environment
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good decision-making abilities and decisiveness.
• Good eye for talent.
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
• Familiar with Tiktok International Influencers and trends.
