Do you have strong HubSpot CRM background and RevOps experience to manage the system's technical/ functional capabilities to support Sales, Marketing and Finance Departments with automation processes?

You will be responsible for:
- Understanding all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities
- Assist cross-functional teams such as Sales amp; Marketing team and internal resources to define process requirements and helping Marketing automate processes related to campaigns.
- Oversees data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data auditing, cleanup and deduping
- Workflow management with focus on sustainable, scalable processes
- Manage system workflow documentation
- Data reporting as requested
- Experience with security settings and ability to partner with the IT team on 3rd party integrations and projects.
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, layouts, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users, and other capabilities including:
- Flows and Process
- Workflow Rules amp; Approval Processes
- Validation Rules
- Custom Objects Configuration
- Third-party integrations
Requirements
- Seasoned HubSpot Expert and/or HubSpot certificates
- HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations Hub experience
- Experience in automation and building workflows
- Quick to learn
- Sense of urgency
- Attention to details, checking details
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be located in South Africa
- Must be willing to work in AEST timings
