Hire Resolve is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Development Manager/Scrum Master to join our clients team. In this hybrid role, you will oversee the software development process and act as a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile project management practices.
As a Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers, ensuring project success, and delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that Agile principles and practices are followed, and you will facilitate effective teamwork and communication within the development team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the software development process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage a team of developers, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage project requirements and deliverables.
- Identify and address project risks and impediments, and work with the team to find solutions.
- Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement, implementing best practices and driving process efficiencies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Certification as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices and methodologies, with experience implementing and managing Agile projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Experience with software development tools and technologies, such as JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
