As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company in the mining sector.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining industry in Johannesburg
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce - Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of commercial management experience and strong understanding of mining operations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the mining industry
- Strong understanding of the mining industry, including its challenges and opportunities
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
