Hire Resolve is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Technical to join our client's team in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal. As the Head of Technical, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of technical professionals and overseeing the technical operations of the company. This includes ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of technical systems, managing technical projects, and providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Oversee the technical operations of the company, including the implementation and maintenance of technical systems and infrastructure
- Manage technical projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and assess their potential impact on the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
- Relevant technical qualification
- Proven experience in a similar technical leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of technical systems and infrastructure
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
