Job Description

We are currently seeking a Professional Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team. As a Professional Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on construction costs, materials, and labor. You will work closely with clients to ensure that their projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Analyzing and evaluating construction contracts and specifications
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress
- Managing project costs and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) designation preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
