RPO Recruitments Client is currently seeking a Technical Quality and Risk Manager to join their team in Centurion. Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes
- Monitor and evaluate technical quality throughout the development process
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical aspects of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of quality management processes
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality and risk management practices
- Prepare reports and presentations on technical quality and risk management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
- CA(SA) with 3 years post articles
- Proven experience as a Technical Quality and Risk Manager
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and processes
- Experience in risk management in technical projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
