Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Paid Media Accounts Coordinator to join our team at The Travel Corporation. If you have a passion for digital marketing and a strong ability to multitask, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Paid Media Accounts Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Paid Media Team with various tasks including campaign management, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Paid Media Specialists to support the successful implementation of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Requirements

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and management of paid media campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Support the monitoring and optimization of campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of campaign reports and performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather assets and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising.
  • Pulling reports and setting up dashboard reports as needed.
  • Attend client/brand calls, recording the calls and taking detailed notes that will be organised for the team to review.
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams and financial departments to ensure timeous payment of paid media related expenses and spend reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising
  • Proficiency in Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Genuine interest in paid marketing and the future of digital advertising
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency in a coordination capacity
  • Ability to investigate, evaluate and analyse information
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Positive attitude with a go-getting spirit
  • Excellent attention to detail and a good eye to spot errors
  • Excellent organisation skills and a knack for managing workflows
