Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a experienced Production/Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality output.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production strategies and plans to meet production targets
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the production department
- Manage and supervise production staff, ensuring they are trained and perform their duties effectively
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demand and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve any operational issues
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of production
- Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Maintain and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- 2-4 years experience as a Production/Operations Manager in a manufacturing environment
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and techniques
- Aluminized steel experience
- Experience in bake wear manufacturing will be advantageous.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
