Duties
- Stay updated on industry trends by monitoring Client LinkedIn pages.
- Engage with users by responding to messages and comments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for a consistent brand image.
- Review and post job advertisements daily.
- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems and check on engagement with ad response.
- Engage with client company pages on LinkedIn.
- Design databases aligned with recruitment consultants' information needs.
Requirements
- Completed degree or 3-year diploma from a reputable institute.
- Possess 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Showcase strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
- Display impeccable time management abilities with a proven capacity to multitask.
- Adopt a detail-oriented approach with the capability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
