The Retail Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and performance analysis of retail businesses. They will work closely with key stakeholders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive profitability. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CA(SA) designation is a bonus
- Proven recent and significant experience as a Finance Manager in the retail industry
- Applications showing no recent retail experience will not be considered
- Strong knowledge of retail finance principles and concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
