We are looking for a creative, dynamic and highly organised Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, it is your responsibility to make sure our tasks and work streams run smoothly. We need someone who can work effectively in a dynamic environment and can execute tasks with accuracy and a high level of quality. A large part of your role will be focused on our social media efforts, and you will play a role in the efforts to enhance our online presence, building brand awareness, and engagement with our target audience across various social media platforms.
The ideal candidate has a passion for digital, particularly social media, is up to date with trends, and loves creating content.
Digital Marketing coordination and operations:
- Support our teams across all functions with day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Take part in the digital operations of the teams and perform tasks essential to the team's day to day workload.
- Collaborate closely with our brand teams to efficiently receive and process content for publication across various social media platforms.
Content Creation:
- Contribute to the development and curation of compelling content for social media platforms.
- Assist in crafting visually captivating graphics, images, and videos to complement social media posts.
- Create engaging copy that resonates with the brand's voice and messaging.
Social Media amp; Community Management:
- Assist in daily checks of all social media accounts to ensure accurate and updated banners, bios, and links.
- Efficiently schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring consistency and optimal timing.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering positive interactions.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Assist with tracking and analysing key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and overall performance.
- Pull reports and insights across all functions of the digital operations.
- Be responsible to compile industry and competitor insights.
- Prepare presentations and report-back decks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role is advantageous.
- Having an active personal social media presence and showing a keen understanding of content creation across various formats is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, its features, and best practices.
- Proficient in design tools, video editing tools and social media management platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
