Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and specifications
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Oversee the procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment
- Coordinate and manage construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and materials
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Experience in construction of high-end residential houses and renewable projects would be beneficial
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid drivers license
