Job Purpose
We're looking for top talent to join us on our journey of global growth. As a Sales Development Representative (SRD), you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by executing strategic outbound campaigns targeting key accounts. Your expertise will be important in the effective qualification of leads, contributing significantly to the ongoing expansion of our Company. In relation to outbound leads, you will engage with target accounts and conduct lead qualification. On the inbound front, your skills will be evident as you handle and qualify incoming leads. Moreover, your technical knowledge related to Thomas Solutions, coupled with general administration, will be the foundation of your success in this multifaceted role.

Responsibilities:
Identify Prospects: Collaborate closely with the Account Executive(s) to identify and target promising prospects.
Proactive Outreach: Initiate proactive communication with stakeholders to understand their specific needs, working with the Account Executive.
Value Proposition: Enthusiastically articulate and persuade organizations about the added value of Thomas service offering
Content Creation: Develop original and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
Quality Appointments: Secure high-quality appointments for the sales team by effectively nurturing leads.
Expertise Development: Proactively acquire expertise in all Thomas Solutions and stay updated on product developments.
