Operations Manager (Supply)

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our global supplier management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our global supplier relationships. They will be leading a small team of Associates working on making sure we have the right suppliers in place to delight our guests and hosts with 5-star experiences every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own supply KPIs globally, including supplier availability and quality as well as financial performance
• Grow relationships with and performance manage suppliers to enable us to carry out our cleaning and maintenance operations to the highest possible standard
• Negotiate with suppliers to improve SLAs and terms
• Analyse data and reports to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Commercial and Central Operations to improve processes and maximise our hosts’ success
• Develop and execute projects that improve operational performance in your markets and beyond
• Manage a team of associates and develop them to continuously improve performance

Requirements

• Previous experience of managing and negotiating with third-party supplier relationships in an operational business is a must
• Ability to use Excel or Google Sheets to analyse data and present findings
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Resourcefulness, initiative, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
• Extreme attention to detail
• Prior experience managing a team is preferred
