The Opportunity:

If you are organised, detailed oriented, and looking for an opportunity to work with experienced project managers on customer facing projects at large banks and retailers, then Electrum’s project administrator role will be perfect for you. Building long term relationships with internal teams and customers will be essential for the success of this role.

The project administrator will support project management activities helping to ensure that the delivery process runs efficiently.

Requirements

As a Project Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
  • Track project progress and report on key metrics to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Generate regular reports on project performance and present findings to the project team and leadership.
  • Facilitate communication within the project team, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project updates and changes.
  • Act as a point of contact for project-related queries, both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate between multiple parties to accomplish project delivery objectives
  • Build strong relationships with customers and third party providers as well as internally with sales , engineering, product and tech ops teams
  • Grow your industry knowledge
  • Contribute to the on-going growth and success of Electrum
What You Can Bring to Electrum (non-negotiables):
  • Relevant degree OR
  • Experience in project administration or coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in tech/information technology industry
Increase your odds by having:
  • Prince 2, PMP or Agile training will be advantageous
  • Financial Services/ Payment /Fintech industry experience
