Hire Resolve's client, a leading company in the farming industry, is looking for a Reporting Controller to join their team. The Reporting Controller will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team, providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making and drive business performance. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and report on financial performance indicators
- Identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits
Requirements
- Qualified CA (SA) with at least 2 years’ post article experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the farming industry is preferred
- Fluent in English.
