Hire Resolve is excited to be partnering with a leading company in their search for a dynamic and experienced Demand amp; Supply Planner. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate forecasting, optimal inventory levels, and smooth supply chain operations.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze demand patterns, and develop accurate forecasts. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, and implementing strategies to optimize stock availability.

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the entire Sales and Operational Planning Process, concentrating on supply planning
- Take charge of the Material Planning process, overseeing the implementation of material plans for the production team
- Place orders for stock from suppliers and principals to meet customer demand and uphold service levels
- Manage both dry goods orders and the stock levels of finished goods
- Resolve issues arising from stock arriving late or incomplete
- Ensure that the monthly production schedule aligns with forecasts for timely delivery in accordance with sales requirements
- Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, and Sales teams to secure order fulfillment that meets customer requirements
- Keep all documentation related to supply chain processes, adhering to shipping and quality requirements
- Communicate well-founded risks within the business to essential stakeholders
- Provide support for unforeseen forecasting and planning processes
Requirements
- 3 year Bachelor's Degree / 4 year Diploma supply chain management, logistics or similar is essential
- CIPS/CPIM certification would be advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a supply and/or demand planning / shipping (import/export) environment
- A working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP / Demand Planning system is essential.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Is proficient in demand planning software and MS Excel
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MS Office competency Word and Outlook. Highly competent user in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management / self management / project management capability
