Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize plant operations to achieve production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations
- Implement and maintain effective production planning, scheduling, and inventory control systems
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and optimize performance
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Bcom Degree, or a related field
- 5 years working experience
- Actively participate in tasks, projects, or processes by getting directly involved
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
