As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee and manage the engineering activities within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering strategies, managing engineering projects, and ensuring the successful completion of all engineering tasks.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet organizational goals
- Manage and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and control engineering budgets
- Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Strong leadership and management skills
- MS Office
- CAD software operation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
