As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate financial information to our clients. You will be responsible for managing financial records, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations and standards
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial issues
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountant
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Awareness of business trends
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
- Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be preferred
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
