Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute visual merchandising strategies for multiple home and lifestyle product lines across various stores and locations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring compliance and consistency across all stores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and design, to align visual merchandising efforts with overall brand objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess and improve visual merchandising displays and assess the impact on sales and customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising, incorporating innovative ideas and techniques into store displays.
- Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising standards, ensuring a high level of execution.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for enhancing product visibility and optimizing visual merchandising efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, specifically within the homeware or home goods industry.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques, including space planning, color theory, and product placement.
- Proficient in using design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable visual merchandising strategies.
- Willingness to travel to various store locations for store visits and visual merchandising support.
