Job Description
RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client's team in the field of SAP, Infrastructure, and Software Development. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client's requirements.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor project activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the SAP, Infrastructure, and Software Development domains.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
- Oversee the execution of deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards
- Manage project scope, change requests, and variations
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
- Project delivery
- Project governance
- Project communication
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, in SAP, Infrastructure or Software Development Project Management
- Matric/Grade 12
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management
- PMBOK and/or Agile qualification
- PMP and/or ACP Advantageous
- Experience in completing 5 - 8 Full Project Cycles (from project preparation to implementation IT Infrastructure/Application experience)
- PMBOK and/or Agile competency
- MS Project and MS Office competency
- Knowledgeable of IT Infrastructure projects
- Knowledgeable of Software Development projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Data interpretation capability
- Being able to meet deadlines
