Krypton Human Capital is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join one of its esteemed clients in the accounting industry. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This is an onsite role based in Pretoria East.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence (both physical and electronic), scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate various office operations, including managing office budgets/ petty cash, expense tracking, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers for office equipment, furniture, and supplies. Purchase of office groceries and cleaning supplies.
- Calendar and Meeting Management
- Travel Arrangements
- Database and Software Management
Requirements
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English for effective communication and document translation.
- 2 to 5 Years Office Admin experience.
- Good knowledge of SARS, U-filing, COIDA.
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
- Strong people skills
- Open to further on-the-job training and professional development.
- Finance experience will be advantageous.
- Salary: R12 000 - R15 000
