NMI is seeking a French-speaking and security-driven individual to join the Customer Support team in the Cape Town office as a Customer Support Analyst. This role is 100% on-site and is 45 working hours a week, including weekend coverage. The team will be responsible for maintaining support from 8am (CST) until 5pm (CST).

Office location: Century City or Cape Town CBD - still to be determined.
As a Customer Support Analyst, you will provide support on a range of NMI products to live Affiliates and Merchants via phone, email and online tickets, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects and be a part of the bigger picture here at NMI.
