As the Sales Manager, you will collaborate with clients to understand their packaging needs and provide customized solutions. Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for packaging solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their packaging needs and provide expert guidance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the packaging industry
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the packaging industry
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and industry trends
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- High level of professionalism and customer focus
