Production Supervisor - Food Production

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food production facility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient production of high-quality food products. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing and motivating a team of production workers to achieve production targets.

• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and quality requirements.
• Supervise and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Ensure that all production processes comply with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain and update production records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address any equipment issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any food safety or hygiene concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food production industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet production targets.
