Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects to ensure they're completed on time and within budget
- Keep a close eye on project progress and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders
- Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to uphold quality standards and comply with project specifications
- Inspire and mentor site personnel to foster a safe and productive work environment
- Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to address any safety or quality concerns
- Collaborate with local authorities to ensure compliance with permits and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports and approvals
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Agent or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Thorough understanding of industry regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in construction management software and relevant tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions on the fly
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
