Head of Marketing

JOBJACK is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness and customer engagement. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, building brand equity, establishing a strong market presence, and growing and leading the marketing team to achieve the set objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in the technology sector.

This is a summary of the Head of Marketing duties to be performed as organized by the following key responsibility areas.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Lead the development of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimise performance.

• Build and nurture a compelling brand identity that resonates with both enterprises and blue-collar job seekers.
• Develop and implement brand-building initiatives, including digital and non-digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
• Build a brand that attracts prospective employees (pack members) and even potential investors.

• Drive marketing campaigns targeting enterprises to promote our recruitment software solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and tools that support the sales process.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract B2B clients.

• Collaborate with the customer success team to develop marketing collateral and tools that support their current client upsell processes

• Create targeted marketing campaigns to attract and engage entry-level and semi-skilled job seekers.
• Develop partnerships with relevant organisations and platforms to reach and connect with the entry-level workforce.
• Implement innovative and effective strategies to increase awareness, trust and adoption among entry-level audiences.

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Provide mentorship, guidance and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Requirements

• Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field

• 6+ years experience in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in a startup and/or SaaS environment is a nice-to-have
• Experience in the HR industry and building up a marketing team is a nice-to-have
