Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Referral Partner Engagement:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with referral partners, including hotels, clinics, hairdresser salons, and other businesses catering to our target market.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with referral partners to drive client referrals.
  • Collaborate with referral partners to develop mutually beneficial promotional strategies.

2. Influencer Management:

  • Recruit and onboard influencers whose followers align with Expand Health's target market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to promote our clinic's services.
  • Develop influencer marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.

3. Strategic Partnerships:

  • Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships, including participation in health events, conferences, sports teams/events, and podcast collaborations.
  • Represent Expand Health in negotiations and agreements with strategic partners.
  • Leverage partnerships to enhance brand awareness and clientele.

4. B2B Package Development:

  • Create customized B2B packages targeting corporate c-suite executives and employee benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote these packages effectively.
  • Monitor the success of B2B packages and make adjustments as needed.

5. Revenue Growth and Brand Enhancement:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase clinic revenue.
  • Elevate the clinic's brand identity and awareness through strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align branding efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
